A Philadelphia-based operator with a hospitality heartbeat and a business builder’s mindset, Sebastian has built his career around connecting people and helping local businesses grow. His experience in hospitality and multi-location partner work has earned him a reputation for strong follow-through, professional presence, and an ability to quickly build meaningful relationships.

Sebastian studied business at George Mason University and also spent time studying at Universidad de Navarra in Spain, experiences that shaped his interest in culture, language, and the human side of commerce. A former goalkeeper in soccer and lacrosse, he learned early how to stay calm under pressure and lead through communication and consistency.
